The Ahmed Team is passionate about serving families because they are a family.  Anis & Ruby have for many years imparted their high ethic dynamic into their daughter Siama whose first words were “Open House.”  After earning her Bachelors’ in Peace Studies and Political Science, Siama joined her parents in the family real estate business.  Together, they continue to live what they believe by providing a real estate service that exceeds the standards set by the industry.

“We all believe highly in the philosophy that ‘givers gain,’” states Anis.  Anis is highly active in a non-profit organization called OPARC, an organization that helps develop the skills of the mental and physically challenged so that they may seek employment and earn their independence. Anis also believes in being a servant to the community he resides in by being heavily involved with the Upland Chamber of Commerce.  Anis was recognized as Ambassador of the Year for 2006-2007.  With an extensive background in engineering, Anis brings a unique eye to crucial details neglected by most people.

“My parents taught me to always excel at whatever I do and to work just a little bit harder and better than the next person,” reflects Ruby.   With a degree in biochemistry, Ruby brings a level of precision to the development of what has become a highly effective real estate systems.   As a certified mentor of the Brian Buffini program, Ruby is very active in helping others succeed in her business. Often times she is asked to speak at the Upland Chamber of Commerce where she motivates and educates other business owners.  Like her husband and daughter, Ruby holds a strong commitment towards giving back to the community and sits as treasurer for Project Sister, an organization dedicated to the survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
